<DIV>· Manage and create new information collection processes regarding China’s healthcare and pharmaceutical industries at the national, provincial, and prefecture level</DIV>
<DIV>· Conduct policy analysis and understand the impact of policies on pharmaceutical companies (both multinational and domestic) and the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry</DIV>
<DIV>· Write articles and reports on specific topics related to the healthcare and pharmaceutical policy landscape</DIV>
<DIV>· Provide insights and training to clients in the pharmaceutical industry</DIV><BR>
<DIV>Requirements: </DIV>
<DIV>· University degree </DIV>
<DIV>· 1-3 years experience is preferred </DIV>
<DIV>· Government affairs experience is preferred </DIV>
<DIV>· Pharmaceutical and healthcare policy knowledge </DIV>

<DIV>Job purpose: <BR>To maintain close contact with growing user network of GBI subscription database service. Encourage frequent use of system, respond to questions and suggestions and promote client satisfaction. <BR>Key responsibilities and accountabilities: <BR>Performance will be measured by client use of system (by login/usage metrics) as and user satisfaction via surveys etc. <BR>-Maintain weekly contact with users <BR>-Manage relationships with top executives of client firms <BR>-Proactively understand user needs and suggest ways to increase usage rates of GBI database/products\ <BR>-Respond to all questions and suggestions <BR>-Coordinate analyst and IT team efforts to continually improving product based on client use/response <BR>-Develop back-end client relationship management systems and protocols <BR>-Work closely with GBI company leaders to develop client loyalty programs and user incentives <BR>-Grow client relationship team as company expands <BR>Expected abilities: <BR>-University degree <BR>-1-3yrs Experience in client/customer service role <BR>-Good oral (telephone) and written (email communication )skills <BR>-Basic understanding of computer applications <BR>-Pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience preferred <BR>-Pleasant and cheerful personality a must! <BR>Please send an e-mail with your resume in English AND Chinese to us.</DIV>
