HRC Assistant Role:
· Support team new comers
a. Order new PC and work phone/SIM card
b. Reserve workstation
c. Pick up new comer upon on boarding
d. Organize inductions (conducted by BU HRs & HRC head)
e. Organize HR tool trainings
· Organize team weekly meetings
a. Send invites
b. Confirm agenda
c. Summarize meeting minute
d. Follow up action point
· Assistance & support for HRC visitors
a. Visa invitation
b. Arrange or recommend local transportation/hotel/restaurant
c. Arrange meetings with local managers
d. Book workstation/meeting room
e. Pick up and send-off
· Office administration
a. Manage team equipment (old PCs & books, etc.)
b. Maintain team meal card
c. Make booking sheet for HR meeting room
d. Maintain HR access rights
e. Manage & maintain HR share drive
· Organize team events
a. Office moving
b. Team outing
c. Team celebration (welcome/farewell)
Other operational work:
· Annual untaken leave consolidation, email and e-leave system checking, and confirm with employee
· Support on 120K IIT filing and commercial insurance tax deduction
· Support on the overseas payment
· Answer questions in payroll mailbox
· Assist in HUKOU Settlement
· The junior admin task like training logistics preparation before each training. Such as: material printing, training room set-up, evaluation forms, sign-up attendance sheet, etc.
· Support to maintain the software/hardware training share point database, and make sure the regular MP training resource be timely visible and shared with MP employees (both via poster and mail)
Personality Requirement:
· University degree, fresh graduate or with more than one year HR operation experience Ability to organize and communicate with team members
· Fluent in written and spoken both Korean and English
· Strong communication skills
· High proficiency in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Confident, self-motivated paying attention to specific details
· Ability to prioritize and multitask
· Quick involvement to a new job and be able to work under pressure
· Good team work spirit
· Student leaders or party members would be preferable
