【工作职责】
1、负责电商平台（如Ebay/Amazon等）规划、拓展及运营管理，制定月/季/年度等销售目标，带领团队达到销售目标；
2、负责产品销售数据的收集、分析、反馈，并针对客户反馈问题作出改善计划；
3、关注主推产品的动态表现，竞争对手分析，根据市场排名变化做出相应调整；
4、制定营销推广与销售计划，完善店铺各项政策和制度，保持店铺的好评率和良好的信用度。
【任职要求】
1、40岁以内，本科及以上学历，英语听说读写熟练；
2、至少3年以上平台运营经验；
3、熟悉美国市场，最好有在美国留学或工作经历，熟悉跨境电商运作，熟悉各平台规则；
4、良好的统筹及驾驭全局的能力，沟通协调能力及目标执行力强；
