National Agronomist 首席农艺师Key responsibilities
1. Responsible for Product management/development 负责产品管理/开发
2. Set up regular technical training program for sales team and customers 为
销售团队和客户建立定期技术培训体系
3. Direct serve key national accounts ( commercial growers) 关键国民数据核算
调研（商业化种植户）
4. Keep closely contact with Agricultures departments, like MOA, Ag
universities 和农业部门紧密联系，如农业部，农业大学
5. Key contact for R&D department. 研发和市场开发的关键联系人
6. Project (new product development) management 项目管理（新产品开发)
Key qualifications：
1、 communication in English 能用英文沟通；
2、 PHD in agriculture or related 农业博士或相关背景
3、 At least 5 years working experiences in Fertilizers and/or crop
protection. 在化肥和/或作物保护方面至少 5 年经验
