<DIV class=details>Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities: <BR><BR>1.To develop relationships with government authorities and local entities, in compliance with regulations, in order to promote the knowledge of company and support the business.<BR><BR>2.To ensure that communication between the government and the company are well coordinated, dealt with promptly, following business principles and strategy.<BR><BR>3.To identify and manage risks related to Authority management and to monitor changes in government policies and requirements that may affect activities.<BR><BR>4.To facilitate meetings / discussions with management and to direct support all departments on issues pertaining to relations with authorities and business community.<BR><BR>5.To coordinate permits and licenses request activities, facilitating necessary authority approvals process.</DIV>

<P>任职资格的具体描述：</P>Qualifications & Experience: <BR><BR>1.University degree in Business/Economics or Engineering disciplines, MBA or Law degree, etc. <BR>2.A minimum of 10 years experience in integrated oil and gas activities.<BR>3.Good relationship with the government authorities and Chinese oil companies. <BR>4.Must have good command of the English language. <BR><BR>Required Competencies: <BR><BR>Technical skills:<BR><BR>- strong computers skills <BR><BR>- fluent in English (written and oral) <BR><BR>- good knowledge of oil business<BR><BR>Personal abilities:<BR><BR>Cognitive: Problem Solving and Innovation <BR><BR>Performance: Planning target control, Spirit of Enterprise, Excellence orientation, <BR><BR>Relationship Communication: Communication, Listcompanyng and reception, Relations management, Staff management and development </DIV></DIV>薪酬福利
