The Job:
To support Distribution GM to supervise the
sales team and proactively expand/develop our distributors in China
To improve the communication/cooperation with
the direct sales teams and support functions
To ensure the need of growth strategy for
distribution in China
Job
Responsibility:
•To supervise sales team to expand the
coverage of distribution business
•To assist GM to analyse the performance of
distributors
•To develop the sales tools for our sales
colleagues to improve their working efficiency
•To push/monitor the CRM pipeline and backlog
order update
•To guide our sales teams to utilize the lead
generation with distributors
•To acquire market info (incl. competitors)
and share with the company
•To involve product quality and performance
complaints
•To communicate & coordinate with other
direct sales teams and support functions, in order to solve the internal
conflict/problem occurred during the daily operation.
Job Requirement:
--Skills, Experiences
and Academic Requirements :
•University graduated,
preferable with the knowledge of good admin and logistic management.
•Knowing the distribution
business/channel in China
•Minimum 5 years related
experience
---Work Competences :
•Financial knowledge
•Good spoken and written
English
•Knowledge of CRM management
•Basic psychological
knowledge
•Proficient in MS Office
applications particularly with MS Word, Excel & PPT
•Good presentation,
communication and interpersonal skills
•Able to work with other
functions/colleagues, well organized and willing to learn
•Must be self-motivated,
hard-working and work under the pressure
Further Information:
This is a permanent
position. Remuneration package will commensurate with the required experience
