Key Responsibility

1.       Deploy supply base strategy to its supplier;

2.       Responsible of its supplier management;

3.       Strong know-how about Chinese supply base;

4.       Evaluate supplier capabilities in cooperation with SQA and other KB personnel (supplier pre audit);

5.       Manage Global Sourcing projects with its supplier;

6.       Negotiate with suppliers;

7.       Manage localization projects with supplier;

8.       Maintain and carry out regular checks of material master data in ERP systems (SAP);

9.       Understand technical drawings and specifications;

10.    Good know-how about automotive specifics and requirements (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, Control plan, CPK.);

11.    Manage new parts introduction with suppliers;

12.    Deploy maintain and improve TMS processes.

 

Qualification requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree majoring in economic or technical;

2. Minimum 3 years of related experience;

3. Strong negotiation ability and good project management;

4. Excellent coordination and intercommunication;

5. Knowledge of cost analysis;

6. English language skill.
