Job Title: Financial Analyst
Role:
· The position is responsible for supporting Greater China Region Incentive Compensation team to manage the group’s quotas and incentive compensation data, implement the compensation plan using internal tools and provide suggestions on adjustments to the plan.
Responsibilities:
· Manage the integrity of quota assignments during the annual planning process.
· Respond to escalated issues and questions concerning implementation of the incentive plan and policies.
· Ensure compliance with the business rules defined by WW Incentive Compensation.
· Manage the ongoing link between quotas and geo/locations, roles, and personnel information.
· Lead the effort to ensure payments are accurate and files are transmitted to payroll on time.
· Help monitor and validate data integrity and accuracy to ensure correct and equitable payouts.
Education and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or a similar field.
Experience Level:
· Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Finance or Sales Operations.
Skills:
· Excellent Excel, problem solving, communication and people skills.
· Very detail oriented, comfortable in a fast-paced environment,
· Good at dealing with ambiguity, resolving conflict and exercising business judgment. |
