Position Title: Graphic Designer

Organization: ChangCe Thinktank

Position Type: Full-Time Job

Location: Beijing, China

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design or create graphics / illustrations to meet a wide range of changing and growing needs, from production of print and web publications to displays, gifts, packaging, multimedia and mobile apps;

• Use a variety of mediums to achieve desired visual effects;

• Develop and implement design strategy for ChangCe research and communication products;

• Craft high quality designs for ChangCe research reports / books, e-publications, gifts, brochures, logos, websites, multimedia and mobile apps, etc.;

• Ensure and advocate for brand consistency across all ChangCe materials (internal and external);

• Work with writers and editors on aligning graphics, illustrations, drawings, and / or multimedia concepts with editorial goals;

• The work schedule is flexible; the graphic designer could work from home.

 

Requirements:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, multimedia design or a similar field;

• Two Years plus graphic design experience preferred, have a portfolio;

• Excellent understanding of creative and production processes;

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to convey ideas clearly and interact effectively with all levels and functions of the organization;

• Ability to work fast and accurately on multiple projects;

• Able to work with minimal direction and supervision; independent and self-sufficient;

• Working level proficiency in Chinese.
