Detail roles and responsibility includes:

?       R&D function Control management including IP/IS protection including asset management improvement, external

?       repare reports of findings and recommendations to management & Develop solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment

?       Partner with ops group for resource/Utilization planning to improve operational efficiency

?       Lead/participant some PRC or site initiated projects

?       support trade/logistic, tax, treasury, accounts payable/shared accounting service function

?       Business administrative tasks including company secretary, statistic reports, etc

?       budget and planning support when required.

Requirements:

?       The ability to interact with multiple teams is required.

?       People Soft experience is strongly preferred for biz partnership.

?       Business Analysis skills: diagnosing problems, documenting problem statements, processes / procedures, and solutions

?       The role also requires: advanced Excel skills, including proficiency with pivot tables, v-lookups and data migration;

?       Biz/Finance acumen in semi-conductor or mobile phone industry is a plus;

?       Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance;

?       Internal Audit experience or Audit firm experience is a plus;

?       at least 3 years of related experience, which includes experience in a large global organization.

?       Excellent English communication skills are also required with the ability to travel 5%-10%.
