Position Available: Me to We Business Development Officer

half is reinvested to grow the enterprise.
Me to We in China is seeking a Business development officer to grow our Volunteer
Trips and Youth Leadership programs. As a natural driver, the Business development
officer works to build relationships with schools and corporate clients, finding new
clients and growing our sales pipeline of new prospects. We are looking for someone that
has an engaging personality with strong written and oral communication skills.
The position is based out of Me to We’s office (Jing an District) in Shanghai. If you are

position is for you.
Principal Responsibilities:
Business Development
• Work into developing long lasting business relationships with schools and corporate
clients.
• Analyse and create ways to integrate clients’ corporate strategy and school programs.
• Outreach to new clients and strategic partnerships with business organisations and
chambers of commerce. Provide clients support and follow-up throughout the
relationship.
• Prepare and host engaging presentations, pitching Leadership program, Leadership
Volunteer trips and Academy program to new and existing school clients, confidently
communicating Me to We Trip value.
• Consistently look for and execute on opportunities to cross sell other Me to We
products and services.
Requirements:
An articulate, self-motivated team player with proven past success in building client
relationships, as well as strong will to share knowledge and make a positive influence,
you possess the following skills and attributes:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills, in both Chinese and English, with
the ability to communicate the information in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner at
all levels.
• Strong ability to identify new opportunities and think creatively to improve our sales
strategies and tactics at every stage of the engagement process.
• Very creative individual with the ability to introduce course content in proactive
activities and workshops.
• Friendly, outgoing self-starter with the ability to engage clients.
• Reliable individual with good knowledge of Chinese culture and environment.
• High degree of flexibility; open to working evenings and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a proven ability to succeed with minimal
supervision.
• Great attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Powerful work ethic, both as a team member, but also as a self-starter.
• Belief in Me to We values and lifestyle.
