Position Description
- As one of the management team members , this is a key finance business partnering role in supporting the aggressive business growth plan of **China and most importantly to contribute to the achievement of the financial targets
- Overall responsibility for all financial reporting, budgeting & planning and proper internal control in the region
- Work closely with the Biz Leader and functional leaders to drive that the financial commitments of the region are met
· Lead the CWC improvement projects in the company and to measure/analyze the set KPIs
· Coordinate the Pricing/Margin Improvement projects and to provide relevant financial inputs
· Provide effective monthly management reporting (P&L/Capex/Working Capital analysis) and recommendation for the management team
· Ensure the costs are in line with budgeting & Operating plan and advice/working with management team to address the issues identified
· Assist in evaluation of the Capital Expenditure projects and drive the strong return on investment
· Work/liaise with the corporate tax, legal, treasury / site financial controller to address legal entity/financial operation issue
· Ensure timely reporting of monthly/quarterly/yearly financial result and to address the question/issue identified
· Lead/coordinate/timely completion of the Yearly and bi-yearly budget/rolling forecast with management team
· To ensure the business are carried out in full compliance with Honeywell Controls Standards and timely close all external/internal audit points
· Provide effective coaching and training to the finance team
· Undertaking regular base assessment & development dialogues with the key team members
Education, Experience & Skills
· Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance & relevant accounting professional accounting qualification(CPA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) is a MUST
· High financial analytical skills with strong commercial awareness and understand the operation/interaction of the different business functions;
· Skilled and experienced in influencing diverse cultural/functional/team to achieve the common objective
· High team spirit & commitment & target oriented style
· Must be fluent in both written and spoken English/Chinese.
· Drive commercial success to ensure agreed financial target are achieved
· Dare to change by constantly challenging the exiting business/operational/finance process
· Lead by example of aligning team personal’s goal and company target
· At least 10 years of strong relevant financial experience per description in JDs in MNC plus 5 years in managerial role
· Experience to work in a Matrix organization and successfully delivered the result
· Big 4 working experience is a plus
