大学本科学位， 展览设计 / 室内设计专业
3-5年在展览和活动设计方面的经验，包括：创意，概念开发，设计开发，实施（细节的实施），方案陈述的准备。
方案陈述：设计师能向客户作方案陈述。
应聘者应该有设计广泛的兴趣，重点在展览设计，活动设计和新的设计趋势.
IT技能：3D max; AutoCAD; Photoshop，Illustrator，微软Office; 额外的软件如闪存等。

3D designer/Architect for events, exhibitions and branding.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pitching/Sales
Develop creative ideas/concept based on brand strategies
Make pitch presentations to clients in English, Mandarin or German a plus.
Project Development
Understand clients brands and communicate them effectively
Develop brand environments space
Onsite Support
Be on site for key projects to ensure that the construction quality follows the design concept.
Team Player
Work closely with variety of team members, especially account servicing and operations to ensure smooth flow of information, creative concepts are on brief, client expectations are exceeded!
JOB QUALIFICATIONS -MUST HAVES:
? A degree in architecture, interior design, stage design, product design or exhibition design
? 3-5 years with event background
? Experience in branding and brand communication
? Experience in exhibition and retail design a plus
? Knowledge of materials and construction
? Knowledge of common software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, 3-D Studio Max, CAD, etc
? Good skills in freehand sketching in the draft phases
? Language: English mandatory, Mandarin a definite plus

Roles and Descriptions
Uniplan Beijing has a current design department of 9 headcounts, encompassing 2-D, 3-D for events and exhibitions, and CAD. Management responsibilities for the department are handled by the Creative Director who has overall responsibility for creative output.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Pitching/Sales
Take briefs from clients alongside account service team
Develop creative strategies and concepts for pitches
Make pitch presentations to clients in English, Mandarin or German a plus.
Responsible to build creative reputation of Uniplan and to create pitch-winning presentations
Project Development
Understand clients brands and communicate them effectively
Direct the creative work of 2-D and 3-D designers for pitches and ongoing work
Develop concepts for clients and manage design changes throughout the process
Onsite Support
Be on site for key projects to ensure that the creative vision is fully and accurately executed
Team Player
Work closely with variety of team members, especially account servicing and operations as well as general management to ensure smooth flow of information, creative concepts are on brief, client expectations are exceeded!
