Responsibility:
- Support on IT environment in terms of desktop/laptop, network, server and so on to ensure the smooth running in each site.
- Perform regular site visit, representing IT to communicate with our internal users in order to listen to their needs, implementation of pro-active action plans
- Guarantee the security of the site (DRP, re-start conditions) and manage quality (incidents and performances) confirm to the service contracts.
- Diagnose my sites, create reporting tables for my domain, analyse and decide on the actions.
- broadcast our IT projects.
- Sourcing / Manage our suppliers and onsite out-sourcing engineers.
- Fix assert manage of the site
- IT Project implementation such like store/office opening.
Qualification:
- Love to do sports regularly
- Bachelor degree or above
- At least 2 years working experience in the related job domain
- Mandarin speaking and fluent in English
- Good communication skill in oral and written
- Can regular travel in China wide
- Team spirit and willing to learn
