Report to: Finance Controllor Asia (德籍华人)

Responsibilities(main tasks):

? To prepare the Income Statement, Cash Flow Statement & Balance Sheet for division PTC on a monthly basis; Ensure Monthly reporting, Rolling Forecast, Year-End Forecast/Budgeting and Year-End Closing as well as commentary of results;

? Ensuring correct booking of all revenue / expenses in SAP for BG –PTC (including different profit centers).

? Taking download of Actual booking of expenses on Cost center’s related to PTC Products;

? Ensure Budgeting process including cost planning, personnel and investment planning within BG –PTC ;

 ? Monitor business activities and the achievement of targets e.g. EBIT, profitability and contribution margins

? Transfer-pricing knowledge and applying them in regular transactions ;

? Set up Manufacturing Cost Calculation and contribution margin each Product wise, monitoring and analysis;

? Ensure periodic review of manufacturing cost and structure cost development ;

? Support Operations projects in areas of project planning, requests including ROI calculations of investments;

 ? Establish analysis and presentations for decision taking ;

? Lead and support in various build up activities of the new CO like setting up SAP, prepare documents and support in establishing legal documentations, etc.

? Good knowledge of PRC reporting and Chinese Tax regulations.

 

Requirements:

? University degree with major in Business Economics, Finance / Accounting and Costing;

? Minimum 8 years controlling experience and in large Chinese organization or a international MNC with manufacturing environment;

? Experience in manufacturing cost controlling (standard costing method) and contribution margin calculation per product ;

? High social competency and communication skills required for dealing in an international management team;

? Experience in working with ERP system SAP (FI/CO) ;

? Experience in all Microsoft office applications (PowerPoint/Excel) ;

? Fluent in English
