Job Description (Analytics Engineer / Analyst)

Responsibilities  
o    Execute data analysis, data mining and ETL to support global customer deployments
o    Configure enterprise Big Data analytics platform and tools
o    Work closely with a customer delivery teams with mixed backgrounds (business & sales, mathematics & predictive analytics, database & data management)
o    Solve problems arising from dynamic data and changing customer requirements
Qualifications
o    Bilingual English and Chinese. College English level 6 required
o    Strong knowledge of SQL (via SQL Server, Access, Oracle, etc.) required
o    BS degree from elite universities in an analytics discipline such as math, physics, computer science, operations research, engineering with relevant intern experience; advanced degree preferred
o    At least two-year related working experience. Direct working experience with oversea team or customers preferred. Senior title will depend on candidate’s experience
o    Experience delivering business insights from data using pivot tables, advanced excel models, or business intelligence tools (e.g. SAS, SPSS, R).
o    Familiarity with CRM (e.g. salesforce.com), marketing automation (e.g. Eloqua) and other Software-as-a-Service is a plus
o    Strong project and time management, as well as written and communications skills
