职位： Advanced Reporting Specialist, Sales Operations
要求： 刚毕业或者有1-2年相关工作经验的，精通Excel操作，较强的数字敏感型，英语一定要好，要经常与外籍同事沟通，最好能马上入职。该职位与Fesco签订合同 （合同工）。

Business Unit: Sales Support Operations (SSO)
Reporting to the Operation Manager and serving as an Report Team Member of the Sales Support Operations to performance complex business tasks, reporting, prototype new business processes, transfer knowledge activities.
- Support on SSO business reports delivery with good data quality, as well as distributing to specific end users
- Responsible for raw data extraction, consolidation and final report generation on regular basis.
- Facilitate on data collection, data handling, report generation
- Evaluating the information gathered through Nokia product systems, emails, meeting, workshops etc, business process description and task analysis.
- Effectively coordinate with internal teams and end users to deliver quality solutions
- Handle on going business reporting generation, and critical business operational tasks with high quality (data collection, follow up, report generation, quality analysis)
- Follow up with end user and internal team to resolve outstanding issues related to data or business process
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate or 1-2 years working experience all acceptable, Chinese nationality is a mandatory
- Good English communication will be big plus
- Confident, self-motivated paying attention to specific details, flexible and determined to get the work done
- Advanced skills in MS Word, Power Point and Excel / Macro / VBA
- Good mathematical aptitude and proactive problem resolution
- Hands on knowledge of Access DB will be big plus
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and work under pressure
- Ability to continuously learn and implement area of improvements
- Ability to organize and communicate with team members
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver as well as able to gather and interpret relevant data and information's
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
