Latam Regional Product Marketing
Responsible for driving regional roadmap deployment in Latain America, maximizing Motorola Market Share with sustainable profitability accomplishing the financial targets. Accountable for Volume and GM of MMCP portfolio in Latam
Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
Accountable for Latam financial performance (ASP and Volume) on the MMCP/SP portolio. Accountable for winning the mindshare of LATAM GTM key players and strongly represent LATAM in Beijing supporting regional decision making, performance tracking and communication with the core teams. Support Latam feature requirements based on operator, consumer and competitive needs. Participate in a global/regional(latam) product planning strategies for MMCP and liaise with regional product operations, SC, PM and GTM on the sell in/out and deployment execution. Actively participate on the product launch process as well as the EOL/phase out. Travel to Latam to support Regional/Global teams
Specific Knowledge/Skills
BS/BBA with at least 3 years of experience in the telecom/electronic consumer industry. English required/Spanish desired. Product Mkt, Prod Mngm or Marketing experience required. Strong industry background with a solid understanding of business principles is a must. MBA desired. Strong understanding of the mobile business. “What it takes” attitude. Ability to make an immediate impact with minimal upfront training/supervision required. Ability to openly collaborate, influence and/or negotiate with internal and external partners at various levels within the organization. Solid analytical and communication skills required. Ability to interact with internal and external customers and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously. Complete complex tasks in a timely manner. International experience valued. Decision maker, self driven, highly adaptable, strong team player, creative, able to work under pressure, results oriented and proactive behaviors are required
