RELATIONSHIP MANAGER Our Client is one of the leading banks in the world which offers an extensive range of products and services for both corporate client and personal client. They are looking for Relationship Managers achieve agreed individual sales target and profit objectives via acquiring, growing and retaining profitable SME Banking customers through effective consultative selling and creative structuring of financial solutions that meet customers’ needs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain close relationship with SME Banking customers in providing solution based initiatives to meet their needs.
Generate new business via direct selling to customers and referrals from different sales channels.
Build and expand existing customer relationship through in depth analysis of their needs.
Identify and prioritise activities to maximise revenue contribution from the high potential customers of the branch or district.
Provide a high level of professionalism in conducting consultations and profiling with customers.
Gather and probe customer profile before Credit Services Manager can conduct in depth credit analysis by providing high quality credit applications
Structure transaction of deals based on customer needs and give justifications for waiver/deviations from standard pricing.
Consult and recommend strategies where account management or recovery is needed on problem accounts, assisting credit in identifying sources for minimising loan losses.
Work closely with branch service staff and other SME Banking service centres to ensure a high level of after-sales service is provided to SME Banking customers
Give regular feedback to Manager, Marketing and Channel Manager on product processes based on customer feedback.
Must comply with all compliance requirements with high attention on a) alertness to MLP procedures and take the lead at all times to be alert to unusual or possibly suspicious customer activity. Job holder must report any suspicious transaction to respectively Unit MLPO via line manager or directly to the Country MLPO b) observant of reputation risk c) strict prohibited from mis-selling activities |
REQUIREMENTS
Good knowledge of Bank's products, policies, guidelines, corporate law, and business strategy
General understanding of the economic, political and business environment of the region.
Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions for customer needs.
Teamwork, decision making and strong inter-personal skills. .
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation handling skills
Good communication and negotiation skills with multi-cultural awareness
Good English & PC skills |
