1. Responsible for achievement of sales, profitability and KPI budgets for both Swarovski Retail (SR), Independent Retail (IR) and Corporate Business;
§ Review, analyse, suggest and implement improvement areas to ensure L4L growth of SR stores as a major driver of overall business growth;
§ Supervise the development of Corporate Business based on corporate guidance in pricing and product offer.
2. Focus on the standardization and improvement of retail operations of mono-brand distribution for both Swarovski retail and independent retail;
§ Ensures excellent retail operations regarding all aspects of in store activities;
§ Regularly update retail operations manual and all related workflows;
§ Supervise Training team in developing relevant training & mystery shopper programs given the different status of retail development in different regional;
§ Facilitate knowledge sharing on retail operations between SR and IR;
§ Ensure retail calendar and VM guidance are well executed by working closely with Marketing Operations team;
§ Regularly monitor, analyse and discuss the performance of the Mono-brand Retail business with the CGB Manager and initiates corresponding actions.
3. Review and standardize IR management practices such as new store opening orders, optimal stock level, regular IR business review, etc.
4. Optimize stock management of each POP with the support of Planning & Analysis Team; Support Planning & Analysis Team in assortment planning based on POP Grouping to maximize sales potential of different types of dept stores/shopping malls.
5. Propose to standardize the organization structures and role & responsibilities of the 4 regional sales offices;
6. Lead the development of recruitment, training, people development and staff planning for all SR retail colleagues by closely cooperating with HR;
7. Be the leader in all national projects related to retail operations in cooperation with other functional units such as HR, CRM team, etc;
8. Support both regional and local Distribution Development Teams in areas of distribution expansion, IR Partner Structure development and IR Partner Review;
9. Support corporate direction in future development of any new distribution channels such as e-business, etc.
10. Coach and guide the 4 regional sales managers in terms of retail operations and people management. |
