为了方便大家，我再给各位提供多一些咨询：
position 1:Marketing Department -(70% of the workload)
• Proofread the translated English and write EN to be translated for use in the company publications; including client newsletters, internal newsletters, websites, global newsletters, etc.
• Writing research articles, stories, and various releases for foreign media.
• Assisting director and managers to communicate and develop relationships with foreign media or other organizations, such as Am-Cham China, China Economic Review, Marketing, etc.
• Assist in running external events that Ipsos sponsors or organizes with partner companies; also running internal events such as Greater China regional Annual Conference.
• Attend events to promote the company and recruite clients.
JD for other Departments –(30% of the workload)
• Assisting Industry and Services Research team in BJ to correct, polish and proof the English and the overall quality of their research reports (Including questionnaires, proposals, reports, etc).
• Help colleagues to communicate with foreign clients via writing emails, clarifying requests, etc.
• Proofreading EN in Finance Dept’s monthly BMRs and FMR reports (Business Management Report / Financial Management Report).
• Proofreading EN in Operations Dept’s internal publication; in HR Dept’s company notices.
Qualifications:
• Native English speaker, great attention to detail
• College/University degree a must: better to be a Marketing, Econ/Finance, General Business, English or Communications field of study.
• Prior experience in China preferred.
• General knowledge of Market Research company/industry preferred.
• Solid communication skills, attention to deadlines, Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint proficient |
